Philippe Candeloro, born February 17, 1972 in Courbevoie (Hauts-de-Seine), is a French figure skater. He won bronze medals at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer and the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano. He also became a vice-world champion in 1994. He invented a series of forward-facing jumps and a spin on his knees that bears his name (Candeloro spin in English), and he also performed the "back-flip."
